This Friday, three outstanding young violinists between ages 13-18 take the stage for the 2019 The Thomas & Evon Cooper International Competition. These finalists will each perform a concerto with The Cleveland Orchestra at Severance Hall on July 26th at 7:30pm, competing for the grand prize of $20,000!

Legendary guitarist Pepe Romero of the “Royal Family of the Guitar” takes the stage this week with The Cleveland Orchestra to perform his crowd-favorite take on Joaquin Rodrigo’s “Concierto de Aranjuez” at Severance Hall and Blossom Music Center. Since his concert debut at the age of seven, Romero has gone on to record and perform extensively world-wide.
